Unzip the above file and you'll get CSSetup.EXE. This file is a Wise installer program that is Zip compatable. If you wish to install manually simply create a directory and unzip CSSetup.EXE into it. Setup the CSSearch.EXE file in program manager to run CSS.

This is a patch to the 1.6 version of CSS. It is a zip file with a new EXE and HLP file. Save copies of your old EXE and HLP file and then unzip the new files. The Help file has a Late Breaking News section with what's new.
